Position Overview:Four Corners Remodeling & Restoration is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee residential construction and remodeling projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with homeowners, and can confidently manage both the technical and customer-facing aspects of a project.Key Responsibilities:Manage residential remodeling projects from initial consultation through completionPrepare accurate estimates and project scopesCommunicate clearly with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teamsOversee schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects stay on trackProblem-solve on the fly and proactively address issues before they escalateUtilize project management and estimating software to streamline workflowSupport sales efforts by building relationships and guiding clients through the processQualifications:Experience in construction and remodeling is a plusStrong estimating and budgeting skillsTech-friendly and comfortable using project management softwareExcellent communication and customer service skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailSelf-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects independentlySales experience or a customer-focused mindset is a plus
