With decades of combined field experience and a large fleet of heavy equipment, they emphasize safety, efficiency, and delivering projects on time and on budget, supporting clients from the bid phase through final completion and building-ready site conditionsJob DescriptionAssist in preparing cost estimates for civil projects involving site work and underground utilities, including earthwork, grading, storm, sanitary, and water systemsPerform quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and digital plans to support accurate pricingAnalyze project plans to identify scope requirements, potential risks, and constructability considerationsCollect and evaluate pricing from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliersSupport senior estimators and project managers during bid preparation and revisionsIncorporate site conditions, utility conflicts, and phasing requirements into estimatesMaintain organized estimate documentation and assist with bid submissionsCollaborate with engineering and field teams to clarify assumptions and resolve discrepanciesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
