Partner Alliance ManagerPosition Summary: The Partner Alliances Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of UDT's strategic vendor partnerships. This role will focus on maximizing the front and back-end process for partner specific items such as rebates, promotions, and more.LocationThis position is remote, but candidate must live in one of the following states: FL, GA, NC, SC, OK, TN, TX, MO, VAResponsibilitiesMonitor, analyze and report on partner program performance, certifications, campaigns, lead tracking, and other key metrics.Maintain and update partner portals (admin).Build and manage partner contacts within the Sales CRM (D365).Formalize a partner executive sponsor program.Develop strong working relationships with partners to support joint sales initiatives and participation in partner programs.Act as point of contact for Tier 2 partners, based on regional needs.Manage "Cafecito" (Partner Training) scheduling and attendance tracking.Embrace and support UDT's mission and core values.Qualifications1-3+ years' experience with a technology company in service delivery in the IT industry.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite.High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.Legally eligible to work in the United States.Preferred SkillsDemonstrable ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to establish positive relationships with Vendors.Experience in vendor management and/or sales operations.BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the organization.
