We are looking for an experienced Wire EDM programmer/operator with Tool and Die Making experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and operating a Wire EDM machine as well as assisting with the design of progressive and single stage dies, fixtures, gauges, and other tools used in the metal stamping process. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: Assist with the design and fabrication of tools, dies, fixtures, and gauges. Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the most efficient manufacturing methods. Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality. Qualifications - Proficiency in Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) - Experience in Tool & Die making - Ability to read blueprints accurately - Familiarity with CNC programming - Precision measuring skills using calipers and micrometers - Strong mechanical knowledge and manufacturing background - Previous experience with CNC machines and machining processes Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
