Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented DM to join our team. As the primary point of contact, the DM will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial software, with the ability to navigate complex financial systems and software applications. Duties: Sales Consistently contribute to the store's ability to achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, annual sales plan by providing the highest levels of customer service, demonstrated product knowledge and Lindt specific selling skills. Cash Management (POS, Paperwork, Vendor Logs, Policies & Procedures) Take initiative to re-stock shelves as needed, monitoring date codes and pricing Perform store maintenance & cleaning as directed.
