This position is a POST ACUTE HOSPITALIST at our rehab hospital less then 10 minutes away from Reading Hospital. Please clearly outline your provider's level of experience with EPIC in bid detailsWorking on exact dates 3 week rotation (week 1: five days M-F; week 2: 7 days M-S; week 3 OFF).Ideally we would like to cover this with 1 person FT Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital8am - 6pmNumber of patients seen per day in clinic: 16 patient encounters per dayCall Night /Weekend:Beeper call from home every 7 weeksWhat are the days for Call:Every 6th (or 7th) week M-Sun (if enough staff)What Time does the Call start:6pmWhat Time does Call end:8amNo phone consultsSupport staff is available?
