The attorney will manage all aspects of personal injury litigation cases, from filing suits to trial preparation and representation. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing motions, conducting depositions, handling discovery, and representing clients in court. The attorney will work closely with the legal team to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Qualifications Strong foundation and expertise in Law, including personal injury lawExperience drafting and reviewing legal Motions and other court filingsPractical knowledge of Courts, litigation procedures, and case lawProven ability to handle Trials and Depositions effectivelyStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Utah State BarPrevious experience in personal injury law is a plus
