Job DescriptionSocomec Group (Socomec) is a global leader in electrical equipment engineering and manufacturing, specialized in low voltage energy performance.Socomec North America (NAM) is Socomec's organization overseeing all operations in North America.About This Role:The Parts Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination, availability, and distribution of spare parts in support of after-sales service operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction, minimizing equipment downtime, and supporting internal teams by managing parts inventory, logistics, and supplier coordination in alignment with Socomec NAM service standards.Key Responsibilities And AccountabilitiesCoordinate the ordering, receiving, and distribution of spare parts to support service and customer requirementsMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels for service operationsProcess and track parts orders, shipments, and returns, ensuring timely and accurate deliveryLiaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve parts availability or delivery issuesEnsure compliance with company procedures related to inventory control, shipping, and safetyPrepare reports on parts usage, backorders, and inventory performanceEssential Qualifications, Experience, And SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred2-4 years of experience in parts coordination, inventory control, logistics, or a related roleExperience in an industrial, manufacturing, or technical service environment preferredEquivalent combinations of education and experience may be consideredKnowledge of inventory management and basic supply chain principlesProficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Lists, OneDrive)Ability to read and interpret parts lists, technical documentation, and service ordersStrong attention to detail and data accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skillsCustomer-service mindset with the ability to support internal and external stakeholdersEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCompensation range: $60,000 - $65,000 USDLI-YZWUpon request, we will provide reasonable accommodation for disabilities to support participation of candidates in all aspects of the recruitment process.
