DutiesDevelops Agency policy for maintenance, operations, sustainment, design, and construction of NASA facilities.Leads the transformation of center business processes through the adoption of standardized maintenance management tools and data solutions aligned with enterprise systems.Assesses the effectiveness of Federal real property management processes and techniques for maintenance and operations across the agency with an emphasis on identifying and standardizing best practices.Reviews and analyzes data to develop strategies, agency standards, analytical models, and methodologies concerning facilities management and facilities maintenance and operations.Establishes policy implementation plans to include specialized training, certification, implementing guidance, and reviews to ensure that policies are understood and implemented within centers and programs.
