Bartender

*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. *Duties* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. * Assist with catering events and banquets as needed, ensuring timely service and attention to detail. * Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering when necessary. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. *Qualifications* * Previous bartending experience is required, particularly in fine dining or high-volume establishments. * Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with retail math for accurate transaction processing. * Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance guest interactions. * Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Knowledge of various drink recipes, cocktail mixing techniques, and beverage trends is a plus. * A passion for hospitality and helping others create memorable experiences is essential.
