This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to build expertise instaffing, client handling, and business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesResource Augmentation SupportUnderstand client requirements and assist in sourcing suitable candidatesCoordinate with internal recruitment teams for candidate screening and shortlistingTrack candidate pipelines and ensure timely closuresClient CoordinationAct as a support SPOC for client communicationAssist in managing ongoing client requirements and follow-upsMaintain strong professional relationships with clientsOperations & ReportingMaintain daily/weekly MIS reports for open positions and closuresTrack fulfilment metrics and turnaround time (TAT)Support onboarding and documentation processesBusiness Development SupportAssist in lead generation and vendor registration activitiesSupport preparation of proposals, presentations, and capability documentsParticipate in client meetings and follow-upsRequired SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of IT/Engineering recruitment or staffing (preferred)Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email communicationAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and grow in Resource Augmentation / Staffing domainhr@clkedge.com+91-9500029734www.clkedge.com
