ElectricianAs an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in both roof and ground mount solar installations. You will read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of solar systems, and work with RMC, RAC, EMT conduit sizes ranging from 1" to 4". Your role will involve bending and threading conduits, mounting AC panels, switches, junction boxes, inverters, troughs, and data/coms equipment, as well as setting up and executing long wire pulls. You will test, commission, and perform operational maintenance, while receiving and cataloging materials and executing job site takeaways. Your tasks will include using power tools and hand tools effectively, troubleshooting electrical issues, performing necessary repairs, conducting project takeaways, hazard analysis, after action reports, daily reports, and toolbox talks.
