Material Handler - Second Shift

*Schedule:* Monday-Friday 2:45pm-11:15pm *Requirements: * * Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and support team members in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. * Previous experience in material handling, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or related warehouse operations * Forklift experience preferred *Responsibilities:* * Provide day-to-day guidance and support to junior material handling personnel while performing all standard material handling duties. * Coordinate and oversee shipping, receiving, and movement of materials throughout the facility. * Manage material storage activities and ensure accurate issuance, receipt, and handling of inventory and supplies. * Verify shipping and inventory documentation for accuracy and completeness. * Train and mentor less experienced material handlers on processes, procedures, and best practices. * Work closely with engineering, production planning, and manufacturing teams to support operational requirements. * Operate company vehicles as needed to transport materials between warehouse and manufacturing locations. * Receive and process incoming shipments, including truck and container deliveries. * Maintain expert knowledge of material staging, inventory placement, order fulfillment, and shipment preparation. * Promote adherence to safety, quality, and inventory control procedures. Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour Experience: * Forklift: 1 year (Preferred) * Materials handling: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
