Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop testing and development professionals
Lead testing strategy and planning meetings to prioritize and guide testing initiatives
Ensure execution of testing strategies aligns with business priorities and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or seven years of relevant experience
Three years of management or leadership experience in a testing environment
Experience in developing test plans, test cases, and evaluating testing outcomes
Familiarity with professional testing models and market trends
Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
