Outside Sales Representative

Position Summary:
Outside Sales Representatives for Keyston Bros help us to increase sales and address customer needs within assigned territories. Responsibilities include presenting our products and services to potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics and recommending ways to promote and sell our products. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet sales goals. Ultimately, you will help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation in Indiana, Southern Illinois & St Louis.
Responsibilities
50% Overnight Travel - Every other week
Point of contact for existing and new customers within assigned territory
Identify territory business opportunities and challenges
Present our products and services to prospective customers
Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services
Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
Skills
3+ years sales experience in an outside role
Strategic prospecting skills
Rapport building skills
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills / active listener
Resilient with a proven track record in sales
Familiarity with our industry is a plus
MUST have a clean driving record
Initial starting salary package includes:
Base salary commensurate with experience – $55,000 - $60,000 + 1% commission (LY commissions ran around $10K)
$1000 per quarter potential sales bonus
