Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Military Intelligence Chief/Equity Partner based in Washington, D.C. The responsibilities include managing and analyzing intelligence operations, overseeing strategic planning, and providing key insights to guide decision-making. The role also involves liaising with both governmental and private sectors, building and strengthening partnerships, and contributing to the firm's overall growth. As an Equity Partner, the role also demands active participation in organizational leadership and business development activities. Qualifications Strong expertise in Military Intelligence operations, strategies, and analysisProven skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-makingExperience in liaising with government agencies and private sector entities for intelligence and operational coordinationProficiency in project and team management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build partnershipsBackground in national security, defense sectors, or related fields strongly preferredFamiliarity with international operations and cross-cultural collaborationAdvanced degree in a relevant field such as Security Studies, International Relations, or Military Science is a plus
