Front Desk Agent 7am3 Pm

Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot • Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered • Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift • Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Compensation: $13 - $13.75 hourly• Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
