The Regional Property Manager will oversee the management and operations of a portfolio of multifamily properties. Responsibilities include supervising property managers, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing budgets, fostering tenant satisfaction, driving property performance, and creating Raving Fans. The role involves strategic planning, team mentoring, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. QualificationsProperty Management and Operational Oversight: Ability to oversee multifamily properties, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with property management policies and regulations.Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience managing teams, coaching property managers, and promoting professional development among staff.Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis to drive property profitability and efficiency.Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to address complex property management challenges effectively.Communication and Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to maintain tenant satisfaction and professional client relationships.Knowledge of the Southern California Market: Familiarity with local real estate trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.California Real Estate License required.A love for customer service is required.The ability to create Raving Fans with our clients and our residents.Strong work ethic required.Experience with Yardi and Real Page is preferred.Great mindset is required.
