With continued investment in AI and machine learning, they're expanding their go-to-market team and are looking to hire an experienced Solutions Engineer to support enterprise new business growth.Although the role is fully remote, there is a strong preference for candidates based in the New York Tri-State area. The business has a growing presence in the region and values in-person collaboration with both customers and colleagues.The RoleThis is a pre-sales position focused entirely on supporting new logo acquisition. You'll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, helping prospects understand the technical and business value of the platform while influencing successful buying decisions.You'll lead technical discovery, deliver tailored product demonstrations, handle technical validation, respond to customer questions and collaborate across Sales, Product and Customer Success to help win complex enterprise opportunities.This is a highly commercial Solutions Engineering role, ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, shaping sales strategy and playing a direct role in closing business.What You'll Be DoingPartner with Enterprise Account Executives throughout complex B2B SaaS sales cyclesLead technical discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and business objectivesDeliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate business valueAct as the trusted technical advisor during evaluations and proof-of-conceptsAddress technical, security and integration questions from prospective customersSupport RFPs, RFIs and technical due diligence activitiesCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teamsContribute to continuous improvement of demos, sales assets and pre-sales processesWhat We're Looking For5+ years' experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant within B2B SaaSStrong experience supporting enterprise sales and complex buying cyclesCommercially minded with the ability to influence customer decisions, not simply deliver product demonstrationsExcellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skillsConfident leading customer-facing conversations with both technical and business audiencesExperience partnering closely with Account Executives to win new businessAbility to simplify technical concepts for non-technical decision-makersExperience within ESG, sustainability, energy, commercial real estate or PropTech is beneficial but not essential.
