Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Advisor to join our team at Bonpoint Desert Hill Outlets. As a Client Advisor, you will be part of a collaborative team that offers exceptional customer service and experience, drives sales, and maintains personal business. This role reports directly to the Store Manager.
This role is eligible for commission.
Duties and Responsilities
- Collaborates with the sales team and support teams to deliver an unparalleled client experience
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while working as part of a team to achieve the boutique's collective target
- Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support the sales effort and overall customer experience
- Provide assistance as needed in processing transactions, ensuring accuracy and administrative support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation at all times
-Provide high levels of service to clients, consistently meeting Bonpoint's standard of service
- No supervisory, budget, or decision-making responsibilities
Requirements
- Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills
-Availability to accommodate the needs of the business
- Previous experience as a Client Advisor or similar role in a retail environment
- Ability to sustain client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Preferred but not required: Luxury experience as well as childrenswear acquaintance and proficiency
- Multi-language proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software such as Y2
- Exceptional phone and clienteling etiquette for customer inquiries and interactions
