Your work directly supports production efficiency, safety, and quality in a mission-critical aviation environment.What You’ll DoIn this essential logistics and coordination role, you will:Route materials to proper storage locations following established proceduresConduct inventory audits and report damaged or deteriorated materialsIssue, track, and prepare materials and tools for shipment or useOrder tools, parts, and equipment to support operational needsAnalyze production schedules to ensure material availability aligns with demandInvestigate and resolve material, inventory, and scheduling issuesMaintain compliance with tool control, FOD, safety, and inventory standardsSupport configuration control and ensure adherence to quality and cost requirementsPerform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environmentsUtilize computer systems to track inventory and coordinate workflowFollow all safety procedures, including use of required PPERequired Qualifications4+ years of warehouse or inventory experience, including parts accountabilityBasic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and coordinationAbility to obtain or currently hold a forklift licenseStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to read, write, and comprehend EnglishWillingness to work 1st or 2nd shift and maintain consistent attendanceThis position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
