Position Summary
Enterprise B2B Marketing Leader driving aggressive growth strategy
Report directly to CEO. Own complete marketing function for both RCM services + SaaS software. Build scalable marketing engine that accelerates pipeline growth, drives enterprise client acquisition, and positions Plutus Health as a market leader in tech-enabled RCM.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS (Must Have)
Enterprise ABM Experience
10+ years B2B marketing leadership targeting healthcare enterprises
Proven ABM program success with measurable pipeline
Built and executed multi-touch ABM campaigns targeting C-suite + clinical decision-makers
Experience with 12 month enterprise sales cycles involving 5-10 stakeholders
Track record of 30%+ improvement in sales cycle velocity through ABM
Healthcare Industry Expertise
RCM outsourcing services marketing (medical billing, coding, denial management)
Healthcare SaaS go-to-market experience (EMR/EHR, practice management, billing software)
Deep understanding of healthcare buyer personas: CFOs, CEO, PE backed board
Experience marketing to CFOs and PE-backed healthcare organizations: Ability to create ROI-focused messaging that resonates with financial decision-makers and boards focused on EBITDA improvement, operational efficiency, and portfolio optimization
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance in marketing operations
Experience marketing to: Multi-specialty practices, ABA therapy providers, behavioral health clinics, PE portfolio companies
Digital Marketing Mastery
HubSpot expert: Deep experience building workflows, lead scoring, attribution reporting, and marketing automation in HubSpot Marketing Hub
Full-funnel digital strategy: SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, programmatic display, retargeting
Marketing automation expertise (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
Intent data platforms (6sense, ZoomInfo, Bombora)
Account-based advertising and personalization (Demandbase, Terminus, Mutiny)
AI-Powered Marketing Innovation
Leverage AI for scale and efficiency: Experience using generative AI for content creation, personalization, campaign optimization

Brand, Events & Market Presence (25%)
Plan and execute major healthcare conferences annually
Target PE firm events and healthcare investment conferences: Build relationships with PE firms managing healthcare portfolios
Launch annual customer conference
Create customer advisory board
Produce whitepapers annually on RCM trends, ABA therapy outcomes, industry benchmarks, CFO-focused content on revenue optimization and cost reduction
Engage KLAS, Black Book, Gartner for vendor evaluations and rankings
Build PR strategy and media coverage in healthcare trade publications
Demand Generation (35%)
Generate marketing-qualified accounts (MQAs)
Drive company pipeline from marketing sources
Execute LinkedIn ABM campaigns
Build SEM strategy capturing high-intent search traffic

Develop board-ready materials: Executive summaries, financial impact assessments, implementation roadmaps

Weekly pipeline reviews with sales leadership
Recruit and manage 3-5 person team (demand gen, content, digital, operations, events)

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications (required)
MBA or healthcare-related advanced degree (strongly preferred)
10+ years B2B healthcare marketing leadership
5+ years enterprise ABM program management
3+ years RCM or healthcare SaaS marketing
Experience selling to CFOs and PE-backed healthcare organizations
