Lead a team of Level I & II engineers, manage advanced systems, troubleshoot complex networks, and drive innovative IT solutions. Enjoy a hybrid work model with occasional travel to client sites and data centers.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor Level I & II engineers.Design, configure, and troubleshoot Proxmox, Ceph, and SAN solutions.Oversee firewalls (SonicWALL, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti) and network switches.Manage cloud services, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.Automate tasks using Python and PowerShell scripting.Ensure robust backup strategies, Ceph cluster management, and data recovery processes.Address escalated tickets and maintain SLA adherence.Support client onboarding and IT audits.Conduct periodic reviews to align IT strategies with client goals.QualificationsRequired:3-5 years in a senior IT role.Expertise in Proxmox, Ceph, and multi-domain environments.Advanced skills in Active Directory, Python, PowerShell scripting, and SAN technology.PreferredCertifications (e.g., MCSE, VMware, MS365 Azure).Experience with Citrix XenApp, Nerdio, and Azure AVD.SkillsStrong problem-solving and leadership abilities.Proficiency with RMM tools, VOIP, and disaster recovery solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication.
