Our work will help utilities worldwide more efficiently and effectively build and maintain their substations.We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Substation Electrical to join our team, contribute to and drive product development, and support product launch. This role will have a significant focus on electrical schematic & wiring features, but will support the full scope of design needs.What you'll do:Manage and collaborate on product strategy, roadmap, and execution for substation productsBe at the intersection of technology, people, and business - coordinating product strategy, integrations, dependencies, development, and business relationshipsWork with engineering/development to design, develop, and launchOrganize and derive market trends from internal and external research, customer feedback, and broad market input to improve and build new features and productsFacilitate alignment for a diverging set of inputs and people to converge on strong, bought-in decisionsBe involved in all stages of product lifecycleEngage the industry as a Bentley representativeBuild and manage the product backlog with the cross-functional teamDefine, monitor, and analyze metrics for product functionalities and feed learnings back into product development processSupport the Product Marketing team to deliver product positioning and contentWhat we're looking for:6+ years of experience with substation design technical process and details in a consulting or utility environmentStrong experience with substation electrical schematic / wiring / protection & control design & constructionExperience with substation physical design & constructionYou obsess over priorities, creating impact, and constantly test them against strategy and goals.Fantastic communication skills and interpersonal savvy.
