Production Supervisor
Production Supervisor - $90K annually DOE!This position is a direct hire opportunity!Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Production Supervisor for our manufacturing client to start immediately up to $90K annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!Responsibilities:The Production Supervisor is a key member of the Production Team, supporting the repair and overhaul of customer products, the manufacturing of components, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. This role leads a portion of the operations team and collaborates with other Supervisors to ensure Safety, Quality, and Delivery are consistently at the highest levels while maintaining Cost and profitability. This is a highly visible position that requires effective communication with all levels of the organization.Champion and promote a strong safety culture at all times; safety is always the top priority.Lead and motivate the production team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and resultsoriented environment.Establish and manage daily, weekly, and monthly objectives aligned with plant targets.Operate effectively in a fast paced, highly detailed work environment.Organize and prioritize all parts and components on the shop floor, providing clear expected ship dates (ESD).Analyze production activities to determine throughput, capacity, and potential bottlenecks.Oversee employee training and support hiring efforts to meet operational demands.Maintain complete traceability of part numbers, serial numbers, and documentation at all times.Manage and take ownership of projects of varying scope, applying Lean principles to drive continuous improvement in repair processes and capabilities.Communicate effectively with cross functional departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.Review and analyze technical documents and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the facility.Provide clear, timely, and responsive communication to internal and external stakeholders.Act as a self-motivated, goal oriented team member who drives accountability and follow-through.Support production with all required technical needs and troubleshooting.Work overtime as needed to support production schedules.Perform other related duties as assigned.Location: Franklin, INSchedule/Shift Details: First shift, M-F with OT as neededQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Demonstrated success leading teams in a supervisor or manager capacity.Ability to obtain an FAA Repairman Certificate.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to read, write, and speak English at a college level.Strong math skills at a college level.Proven experience in report writing, creative and dynamic problem solving, and professional interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage daily tasks, and complete actions on time in a fast-paced environment.Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.Must be able to pass DOT/FAA drug screening.1–3+ years of aerospace MRO/OEM supervisory experience; aircraft engine overhaul and repair experience is highly desirable.Proficiency with Lean methodologies (6S, waste elimination, workflow optimization, etc.).Working knowledge of FAA regulations and their application in a repair or production environment.Strong technical background with experience in various mechanical and technical fields.Previous experience with airlines, MRO, or Repair Station operations is a plus.Experience with Quantum ERP software.Solid understanding of aircraft components, including technical knowledge of rigid tube components and their operating systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and approved technical data.Experience working in a manufacturing facility.Experience using XRF handheld analyzers.Experience working with hand tools and measurement gages.Mechanically inclined, hands-on aptitude.Light to moderate physical effort required.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, and move about the facility.Up to 10% travel required.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is beneficial.Benefits:401(k)Medical, Dental, Vision InsuranceEmployee assistance programLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programTuition reimbursementWhy choose Integrity Trade Services?At ITS, we offer our employees a competitive salary paid weekly and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.Interested?
