Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates from initial contact to onboarding Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job postings and sourcing strategies Utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract top-tier candidates and conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and fit Required Qualifications 4-6 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth or complex organizations Expertise in consultative recruiting and influencing hiring teams to adopt best practices Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-driven tools Experience working with executive leadership and managing high-impact hiring strategies Deep knowledge of compliance and hiring regulations to ensure best practices
