It operates at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and applied AI, and works closely with leading partners across cloud, compute, and data ecosystems.The company places strong emphasis on values, ownership, and high performance, and candidates are expected to align with a principled, execution‑focused approach to building products and teams.What You Will DoCollaborate closely with product and engineering teams across the full product lifecycle, from design and development through deployment and operationWork directly with customers to deploy, integrate, and troubleshoot solutions within customer‑managed AWS environmentsDesign and maintain infrastructure automation including CloudFormation templates, Terraform modules, Python scripts, deployment frameworks, monitoring, and self‑healing systemsPartner with software engineers to build robust monitoring, observability, and metrics systems prior to production releaseOwn and operate internal AWS environments and networking, balancing reliability, security, scalability, and cost efficiencyParticipate in technical discussions with prospective customers alongside solution architects to address integration, security, and deployment considerationsMaintain clear, up‑to‑date documentation covering deployments, operational processes, and standard operating proceduresRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience5+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineering roleStrong hands‑on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS); certification preferredProficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred; Java or Go also acceptable)Deep experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools (CloudFormation strongly preferred)Practical exposure to AI technologies, including machine learning and large language modelsProven ability to automate cloud‑native infrastructure and application deployments at scaleExperience with CI/CD tools and workflows (e.g. GitHub Actions, AWS CodeDeploy)Familiarity with microservices architectures, containerisation, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Solid understanding of Linux fundamentals, networking concepts, and cloud security best practicesStrong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers and internal stakeholdersBenefits & Working ModelComprehensive employer‑paid health benefits for employees and eligible dependentsGenerous paid time off policyRetirement savings planFlexible working model (remote‑first with office access as needed)Employer‑paid life insurance and disability coverage
