ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES• Plumbing and Fire Protection systems design and drawings• Calculations of water, gas, sanitary• Project work plans, Research, codes REQUIRED/ HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar• E.I.T., P.E., and/ or LEED or WELL Accredited, CPD• REVIT, AutoCAD• 5+ yrs. minimum AEC experience, Healthcare and/ or Higher education experience preferred
