We offer Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage and Physical Therapy services to our patients for a one-stop "under one roof" experience. This hybrid role allows you to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home (if desired) to focus on Administrative and Billing tasks.This role is responsible for ensuring smooth patient flow, managing front-office functions, coordinating provider schedules, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is skilled in insurance verification, prior authorizations, billing support, staff coordination, and patient communication. You will serve as the central point of contact for staff, patients, vendors, and providers, helping the clinic run seamlessly behind the scenes while delivering exceptional patient care.Clinical OperationsOversee daily front-office workflow and ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and ready for patient careEnsure proper patient scheduling and adherence to treatment plansMaintain smooth patient flow and support front desk staff as neededPromote excellent customer service and patient satisfactionFoster positive team communication, morale, and a supportive work environmentPartner with the owners to address HR issues and maintain a cohesive, respectful workplaceScheduling & Staff CoordinationCoordinate provider schedules, staff schedules, time-off requests, and coverage needsSupport weekly staff meetings and maintain weekly performance statisticsBilling & InsuranceComplete insurance verifications and prior authorizationsManage daily ledgers, patient payments, and insurance paymentsAssist with billing tasks, including outstanding claims and TriWest accountsRun weekly and monthly billing and claims reportsAdministrative & Technical SupportOversee incoming faxes, emails, and patient communicationsEnsure new patient intake forms are imported and accurate charts are set upMaintain ChiroTouch access and coordinate with IT for technical issuesOversee inventory for front and back-office suppliesServe as primary contact for vendors and service representativesHR & TrainingAssist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and new-hire paperworkTrain staff on administrative procedures, policies, and workflow updatesQualificationsSelf-starterPrevious experience managing a healthcare facilityExcellent communication skills and ability to respond to patients' requests gracefullyAbility to supervise and motivate clinic staff in a positive mannerHigh level of organizational skillsBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or related field is preferred but not requiredWe are offering a signing bonus of $1,000.
