Warehousing Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Warehousing Manager to join our team. As a Warehousing Manager, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive experience. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for working in the food industry. Responsibilities: - Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner. - Operate the cash register accurately and handle cash transactions. - Prepare and serve food and beverages according to our menu and recipes. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area. - Assist with food preparation, including cooking, chopping, and plating. - Take orders and provide recommendations to customers. - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly. - Restock and replenish supplies as needed. - Clean and sanitize all equipment, surfaces, and utensils. - Assist with bussing tables and cleaning up after customers. - Help with sales and upselling to increase revenue. - Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: - Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, but not required. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude. - Excellent customer service skills. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. - Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety practices. - Ability to sanitize and maintain a clean work environment. - Cash handling and sales experience is a plus. Skills: - Proficiency with cash registers and cash handling. - Excellent customer service skills. - Ability to help and support other team members. - Experience in the food industry. - Knowledge of food preparation and safety practices. - Experience with food preparation and kitchen operations. - Ability to sanitize and maintain a clean work environment. - Strong sales skills and ability to upsell. - Experience with bussing tables and cleaning up after customers.
