About the Role We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter/Designer to join our team. This position requires a skilled professional with extensive experience in residential design and proficiency in Archicad and Graphisoft Teamwork collaborative workflows. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience using Archicad (AutoCAD) in a professional environment Applicant is a BIM expert or BIM Manager Minimum 5 years of experience in North American housing design and drafting Proven expertise with Graphisoft Teamwork for collaborative project management Strong understanding of North American building codes, residential construction methods, and industry standards Ability to produce accurate construction documents and technical drawings Excellent attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively Application Requirements Portfolio submission is mandatory - Must demonstrate relevant residential design work and Archicad proficiency Candidates must be able to showcase examples of projects completed using Archicad and Graphisoft Teamwork What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation: $30-$50/hour based on experience 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays Flexible hybrid work environment Opportunity to work on one-of-a-kind heirloom-quality residential projects Location & Work Arrangement Preferred: Local candidates for hybrid work arrangement Considered: Remote candidates with strong qualifications Collaborative team environment utilizing Graphisoft Teamwork To Apply Please submit your resume and portfolio demonstrating your Archicad work and North American residential design experience to nicole@chary.com Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tupper Lake, NY 12986
