Location: Remote (US or Canada)OverviewThe Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) leads a centralized L&D function that supports a decentralized, global organization. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, business-aligned learning programs and ensuring the successful execution of L&D initiatives across the organization. Partnering closely with HR and Business Leaders, you will identify learning needs, address capability gaps, and ensure learning solutions are practical, relevant, and impactful. You will lead a team of L&D professionals and be accountable for program success, team performance, and overall learning outcomes.ResponsibilitiesPartner with HR and Business Leaders to identify skill gaps and translate business needs into scalable learning solutionsLead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of core learning programs, including management/leadership development, business-specific initiatives, and enterprise-wide learning experiencesOversee compliance and required training initiatives in partnership with Legal and internal stakeholdersOwn and manage Workday Learning (LMS), ensuring effective utilization, reporting, and program structureDirect L&D communications and engagement strategies to drive awareness and participationLead, coach, and develop a team of L&D professionals, setting priorities and ensuring strong executionEstablish governance, prioritization, and cadence across all L&D initiativesRequirements5–8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HRExperience managing learning programs and partnering with business stakeholdersExperience delivering leadership and management development programsFull-cycle learning program experience (needs assessment, design, development, delivery, and evaluation)Strong foundation in adult learning principlesChange management certification or formal change management trainingExperience with Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning preferred)Strong project management and organizational skillsWhat Would Make You Stand OutExperience in a global, decentralized organizationPeople leadership or management experienceBilingual in English and FrenchWhat We Offer3 weeks' vacation and 5 personal daysComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits starting from your first dayEmployee stock ownership and RRSP/401k matching programsLifestyle rewardsRemote work and moreSalary: $70,000-$80,000 based on experience, skills, and location
