This team is responsible for building and supporting advanced aseptic and finished product manufacturing environments designed with modern technology and long-term operational excellence in mind.This is an opportunity to join a growing, highly collaborative environment where maintenance and utilities professionals play a critical role in ensuring reliable, compliant operations that ultimately support life-saving therapies for patients worldwide.You'll work alongside cross-functional teams across engineering, facilities, quality, and operations to help maintain and improve the performance of critical plant utilities and process systems.What You'll Be DoingSupport and improve facility and utilities maintenance programs including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenanceTroubleshoot and repair plant utilities and process equipment to ensure reliability and uptimePerform equipment inspections, site rounds, and documentation within CMMS/SAP systemsParticipate in plant shutdown planning and execution activitiesSupport installation, commissioning, and qualification of new utilities and facility systemsInterpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentationPartner with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reduce downtimeLead or contribute to root cause analysis and systematic problem-solving effortsAssist in developing maintenance procedures, spare parts strategies, and reliability plansMentor or support junior technicians as part of a collaborative maintenance teamKey Systems & Equipment ExposurePlant utilities such as compressed air, steam, vacuum, chilled water, and process water systemsRefrigeration and HVAC systems (ammonia experience is a strong plus)BMS / FMS / automated process equipmentPurified water, RO pretreatment, and clean utilities environmentsIndustrial electrical, mechanical, and control systemsWhat We're Looking ForRequiredAssociate's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience4+ years of experience working with mechanical, electrical, and/or control systems(6+ years may substitute for degree)Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentationExperience working within CMMS or SAP maintenance systemsStrong troubleshooting and data-driven problem solving approachComfortable working in regulated or highly structured environmentsAbility to work rotating or off-shift schedules as neededPreferredExperience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of WFI, clean steam, or other clean utility systemsExperience with ammonia refrigeration and advanced HVAC systemsPrior experience leading or guiding other techniciansWhy This Role Stands OutWork on modern, highly automated manufacturing and utilities systemsBe part of a growing expansion initiative with long-term investmentStrong compensation, bonus potential, and industry-leading benefitsSignificant career growth and development opportunitiesExposure to advanced technology shaping the future of pharmaceutical manufacturingSchedule & EnvironmentRotating or off-shift support may be requiredHands-on role supporting critical facility and utilities equipmentWork includes equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance in production environmentsInterested in learning more?If you have experience supporting plant utilities, facility systems, or regulated manufacturing environments and want to be part of a high-impact operation, I'd love to connect and share more details.Job Description - add details here
