Medical Examiner

Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses commonly seen in adult populations (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease)Prescribe medications, therapies, and lifestyle interventions in accordance with state and federal guidelines Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes Provide education on preventive care, wellness strategies, and chronic disease self-management Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic proceduresCollaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Document patient encounters accurately and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
