In-House Talent Acquisition Specialist (Corporate Recruiter)Access One Inc. is hiring an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, operations, and sales roles. This is a corporate (internal) recruiting position—partnering directly with hiring managers and HR to build pipelines, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and hire talent aligned to our business goals and culture.Key Responsibilities (In-House)Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and close)Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channelsBuild relationships with passive candidates for current and future sales rolesReview resumes, conduct recruiter screens, and assess candidate fit against role requirements and competenciesPartner with hiring managers to clarify needs, create sourcing strategies, and drive timely hiring decisionsCoordinate interview logistics, debriefs, and next steps; keep candidates and stakeholders informed throughout the processDeliver a high-touch candidate experience and represent Access One Inc. employer brand in all interactionsTrack activity and maintain accurate data in the ATS/CMS; provide pipeline and hiring updates to leaders as neededSupport offer process and pre-employment steps (compensation alignment, references/background checks as applicable, and start-date coordination)Advise on market trends, recruiting best practices, and process improvements to increase the quality of hire and speedBuild and maintain recruiting partnerships internally (HR, leadership, interview teams) to ensure a consistent, compliant hiring processRequired Skills & Qualifications3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house/corporate recruiting strongly preferred)2 + years of experience hiring passive candidates for sales positionsHands-on experience with an ATS and recruiting/candidate databases; strong attention to detail with data hygieneStrong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and outreach sequencingExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate-facing professionalismAbility to understand and communicate requirements for IT/technical roles (preferred)Experience conducting structured and competency-based interviews, including phone/video and on-site formatsStrong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and shifting prioritiesSound judgment and decision-making; comfortable advising hiring managers and influencing outcomesWorking knowledge of recruiting compliance and consistent selection practices (EEO/OFCCP concepts a plus)Preferred: experience recruiting for a mix of technical and corporate roles in a fast-paced environmentStrong decision-making and follow-through, with a customer-service mindset toward candidates and hiring teamsAbility to prioritize and deliver results across multiple roles and deadlinesSalary & BenefitsSalary range: $65,000–$75,000 base (DOE)Commission for all hires: Anticipated annual compensation $100,000 – $120,000Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision; 401(k) with company matchPTO and a flexible work environmentHybrid schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remoteAccess One provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
