With a national service center in Orlando, FL, and a dedicated service center in California, TNA ensures comprehensive customer support across North America through its strategically positioned service teams and mobile service vans.Job RequirementsCreate and maintain vendor accounts in compliance with 1099 reporting requirements.Prepare weekly vendor payment lists, format, and import into banking system.Review parts inventory invoices against receiving in Karmak; notate and resolve discrepanciesPerform monthly vendor statement reconciliationsUpdate assets & inventory accounts as needed Prepare and file Sales & Use Tax Returns in accordance with state and local lawsConduct quarterly ERP sales tax rate reviews for accuracyAssist with the preparation of audit and corporate tax documentationPrepare and send warranty and intercompany statements to TUARenew annual state reports where requiredQualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting (required)3–5 years of accounting experienceProficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage 50, or similar)Experience with Sales & Use Tax filing and 1099 preparationProficient Excel skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsCompensation & BenefitsJob Type: Full-timeCompensation: Based on experience (D.O.E.)Competitive compensation packageGroup insurance benefits401(k) with 6% company matchCompany-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurancePaid time off, sick time, holidays, and your birthday offEqual Employment Opportunity StatementTEMSA North America Inc.
