You will be responsible for your team’s success but also driving revenue growth, market penetration, and operational excellence across your region. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be highly motivated by hunting for new business.RESPONSIBILITIES:Coach, develop, and manage a team of Account Executives (AE's) in designated regionDevelop new business and manage existing customers in office coffee, bars, and restaurantsUtilize value-based selling to prospect and close new business and manage the full sales cycleOrganize and effectively manage a potential customer funnel of targetsCoordinate and execute training and marketing project support for Java House accountsKeep current with and educate potential customers on liquid coffee and specialty beverage trendsDemonstrate a proactive mentality for setting sales goals and closing accountsDrive sales performance and revenue growthQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business5+ years’ experience selling in specialty foodservice, Office Coffee Service (OCS), or Spirits preferred4+ years’ experience managing, coaching, and developing successful sales teamsIdeal candidate will have knowledge in value-based selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICCDemonstrated success and proven track record with new account penetrationMust be able to travel assigned territory as neededKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Relentless drive to uncover and close new businessProven history of sales management experience & achievement leading high potential teamsProfessional, positive, and proactive written and verbal communication skillsSuperior presentation skills to tell a compelling story and influence decision makersStrong, collaborative, relationship-building, analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
