As a Dishwasher at Chick-fil-A, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. You will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to meet our high standards. Your efforts will support the kitchen team and contribute to delivering the exceptional Chick-fil-A experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean Dishes and Utensils: Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly, ensuring they are ready for use by the team.
Maintain Cleanliness: Regularly clean and sanitize workstations, kitchen areas, and dishwashing equipment to meet health and safety standards.
Assist with Kitchen Organization: Help keep the kitchen organized by ensuring that all clean dishes and equipment are stored properly and readily available for use.
Work with Team Members: Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and quick turnover during busy times.

Compensation is based on Experience and Availability
Part-Time: $12.00-$14.00
Full-Time : $12.00-$14.00
Qualifications:
No prior experience required – training provided!
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
Positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude.
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and following food safety guidelines.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks and work in a physically demanding role.

REQUIREMENTS
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
