Join a nationally recognized ENR Top Design Firm as a Service Lead - Water/Wastewater. This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow the water/wastewater practice, managing water/wastewater projects, mentoring engineers, and driving innovative solutions in lift stations, pump stations, and plant work.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the water/wastewater engineering team, helping grow the practice.Manage municipal and private sector projects, including water treatment, wastewater collection, and distribution system improvements.Support & mentor engineers and project managers, fostering a collaborative and empowering team culture.Serve as a technical expert, reviewing work for accuracy and guiding professional development of junior staff.Work closely with local agencies, municipalities, and internal divisions to coordinate project execution.Drive business development efforts, building client relationships and expanding the firm's water/wastewater market presence.Approximate salary range of $170,000 - $220,000, plus bonus & company profit share scheme.8 days public holidays and generous holiday allowance.401(k) with 100% match on the first 4% contributed.Extensive insurance coverage including Long/Short Term Disability, Life, Vision, Dental, Health, Medical, Accident, and Pet insurance.Employee wellness program & fitness discounts, plus flexible spending and health savings accounts.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldLicensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE)10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineeringCompany OverviewEstablished for over 50 years with more than 2,000 employees.
