Mattel is seeking a Packaging Engineer for the Dolls portfolio. This role focuses on designing innovative packaging structures and leading projects from concept through production with a strong emphasis on Artios CAD and 3D modeling. You will collaborate with design, marketing, and overseas teams to deliver engaging unboxing experiences across Barbie, Disney Princess, Polly Pocket and other brands.
