Job Description:Job Title: Regulatory Reporting AnalystRole SummaryWe are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst with experience in large banking institutions, specializing in CCAR FR Y-14Q and FR Y-14A reporting. The role requires strong expertise in both data and functional requirements, including data discovery, data lineage, and regulatory reporting frameworks.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with Finance, Technology, and Chief Data Office teams to enhance data governance, improve traceability and attestation, and support remediation of regulatory and control issues.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop in-depth understanding of CCAR regulatory reporting instructions and data elementsGather and analyze regulatory reporting business requirementsTranslate business requirements into functional specificationsDesign regulatory reporting solution architecture and system specificationsDocument data requirements based on reporting instructions (Business Requirement Documents)Perform data discovery and data lineage analysisWork with data providers and system owners to:Identify available source system attributesConduct data gap analysisDocument data mapping between source systems and regulatory requirements (Functional Requirement Documents)Collaborate with Data Management teams to transition requirements for implementationPerform data quality and fit-for-purpose assessmentsExecute testing and reconciliation to validate data accuracy against expected resultsDocument Axiom reporting rules using data dictionary and functional specificationsReconcile Axiom outputs with current production processesPrepare testing evidence and summary documentationSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment for end-to-end automationRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in CCAR and FR Y-14Q / FR Y-14A regulatory reportingSolid understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks in bankingExperience with:Data requirements and functional requirements documentationData lineage, data discovery, and data mappingData gap analysis and reconciliation processesFamiliarity with Axiom or similar regulatory reporting platformsExperience working with Finance, Technology, and Data Governance teamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbout NTT DATA:NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
