Lead Barista

At Float Pasadena, we have been serving some of the best sandwiches and coffee to our Pasadena community since 2012. And now we are looking to bring on an excellent Lead Barista to join our team. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for coffee shop life and a solid coffee knowledge to lead our team. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience at a 3rd wave coffee shop. Pay is starting $18+ tip (over $6/hr) Responsibilities: Prepare drinks and make sure all drinks served are consistently per our quality standards Train new staff suggest new menu items make sure the cafe is clean at all times restock shelves prepare inventory and orders to suppliers solve any issue that arises within the team cover shifts when other baristas can't make it Ensure customers have a great experience, listen to their feedback and resolve any complaints Requirements: 2 years + barista experience strong coffee shop knowledge including espresso dial in and solid latte art excellent customer service skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Referral program Shift: Day shift Morning shift Application Question(s): Can you do latte art?
