Job SummaryParticipates in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversees its organization, estimate/bid, and project scheduling.ResponsibilitiesPrepare project plans, specifications, and contractsCreate estimates/bids and project sequence/schedulingPrepare proposals, estimate budgetsCreate cost/revenue projections from plans, specifications, and contractsAdhere to B&F Code of ConductRequirements2+ years of estimating experience2+ years' experience in underground project estimating/management (dry, wet, or rehabilitation)Team playerAbility to manage multiple estimates/bids at a timeExperience in project budget creationExperience in scheduling, forecasting, submittals, and job meetingsExcellent communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word as well as experience with estimating software including Bid2Win, Microsoft Project, or similar programsMust have valid AZ driver license with favorable driving recordWork EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to:Computer screen eye strain and fatigueSedentary office work with long periods of sittingCulture IndexIn addition to submitting your resume, please find 7-8 minutes to complete a simple 2 question survey as part of the overall interview process.
