Systems Analyst, Programmer Analyst, _*Senior COBOL Developer/Programmer*_ _*Blythewood*__, __*SC*_ _*12 Months from projected start date with extensions can go upto 3 years*_ _*Relocation: Yes (Candidates needs to take care of it)*_ _*Interview Process: 2 Rounds of Virtual Interviews *_ *Skills/Experience:* * 10+ Years of Experience with Visual and/or Micro Focus COBOL * 1+ Year of Experience with Visual COBOL V9 * 10+ Years of Experience developing and maintaining complex, mission critical applications in a Windows based Client Server environment. * 10+ Years of Experience Leading a technical software development team in planning and deployment of software systems. * 10+ Years of Experience coding and testing complex COBOL based business systems in an Oracle SQL database and Windows based client-server environment. * 10+ Years Experience providing Level 3 (L3) production support * 10+ Years Experience functioning as the primary contact with business units to develop and review business and technical specifications and ensure delivery of specified functionality. * 10+ Years of experience with computer system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation techniques and practices for developing new systems or modifying existing systems. *Preferred Skills:* Oracle 19+ SQL Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET / C# development environment Experience working in a Governmental environment *Education* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related discipline *Certification* Visual COBOL Technical Certifications Pay: $79.20 - $82.50 per hour Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Cobol Developer/Programmer: 10 years (Preferred) * Visual and/or Micro Focus COBOL: 10 years (Required) * Visual COBOL V9: 1 year (Required) * Leading a technical software development team: 10 years (Required) * Coding and testing complex COBOL based business systems: 10 years (Required) * Providing Level-3 production support: 10 years (Required) * Design, code, test, debug, and implementation and practices: 10 years (Required) * Oracle 19+ SQL: 1 year (Preferred) * Visual Studio .NET / C# development environment: 1 year (Preferred) * State/Governmental environment: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Blythewood, SC 29016 (Required) Work Location: In person
