Driver / Mover — REAL RocknRoll Movers Glendale-based | Serving Greater Los Angeles REAL RocknRoll Movers is seeking Driver/Movers to join our professional moving team. We’re a well-established, highly rated, locally owned and operated full-service moving company with a strong reputation across the Los Angeles area for excellent service, careful handling, and great crews. Our team provides residential and commercial moving and packing services for homes and businesses. All team members are hired as driver-eligible crew, with opportunities to advance into driver and lead roles. Pay $19–$23 per hour Tips often $200–$500+ per week Daily overtime common Paid training Advancement to driver and lead pay rates Benefits Eligible employees may enroll in: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life & AD&D and long-term disability Supplemental insurance options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Identity & fraud protection Legal and pet insurance plans Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid sick time Schedule Weekend availability required Full-time and part-time opportunities Start times vary by job and may begin early in the day Punctuality and reliable on-time arrival are essential Long, active days and outdoor work in varying weather Responsibilities Safely pack, wrap, load, transport, and unload household and commercial goods Prepare and protect furniture and fragile items Provide excellent customer service in clients’ homes and businesses Work efficiently as part of a moving crew Protect client property and company equipment Drive company pickup trucks and moving trucks as trained Requirements Valid driver’s license required for all hires Clean driving record (no DUIs; no major violations in past 3 years) Able to safely perform essential physical job duties, including lifting and carrying 50–100 lbs repeatedly Able to work long, physically demanding days in varying conditions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Pass background and reference checks Safety-sensitive role: Employees must be fit for duty and not under the influence while working. Reasonable-suspicion testing may be required.
