In this role, you will support the execution of sales strategies across multiple brands and accounts, ensuring seamless coordination between cross-functional teams and contributing to overall business performance. An ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What You Will Do In This RoleProvide day-to-day support to the Divisional Sales Manager and Account Executives across multiple brands and buying offices within the Watch and Jewelry categoriesCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Global Brand, Planning, Marketing, Buying, Licensing, and Visual Merchandising teamsCreate and maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, including data entry and analysisManage daily pricing updates and communicate changes internally and externallyProcess product orders in SAP, monitor deliveries, and provide tracking updates to accounts and internal teamsManage sample inventory and prepare showroom spaces for account meetingsCompile and maintain market materials, including line sheets, buy sheets, and seasonal presentationsSupport eCommerce execution, including SKU setup, pricing, assortment accuracy, and product detail page (PDP) performancePartner with internal and external teams to coordinate fixtures, collateral, and packaging needsIndependently manage and support a small business segmentWho You Are (Requirements)Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Apparel & Textiles, or a related field preferred1–3+ years of relevant experience in retail, sales, or merchandising preferredStrong analytical and business acumen, including experience with sales analysis and financial metricsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for reporting and data analysisExperience working in fast-paced, sales-driven environmentsStrong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partnersSelf-starter with a proactive, detail-oriented mindsetCollaborative, flexible work style with a passion for the fashion industryRequired to work in-office four days per week, either in our Richardson, TX office or New York City officeWhat We OfferComprehensive Benefits: Includes health and well-being servicesRetirement Planning: 401(k) match and educational resourcesPaid Parental Leave & Return to Work Program: Support for new parents and caregivers with paid leave and a flexible phase-back scheduleGenerous Paid Time Off: Includes Floating Holidays, Sick Time, Personal Days, and Summer Flex FridayFlex Work: 1 remote day per week and flexible Work-From-Anywhere optionsTuition Reimbursement: For approved programs to support your professional growthEmployee Discounts: Save on Fossil merchandiseAt Fossil Group, we embrace purpose and take every opportunity to work together to make the world a little better.
