Python Test Automation Engineer

Role Overview:Seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Python-based BDD test automation. This role involves defining enterprise-wide test architecture and quality strategy, implementing scalable test automation frameworks, and establishing testing standards and best practices as per STLC.Key Responsibilities: Define enterprise-wide test architecture and quality strategy as per STLC standard Implement scalable test automation frameworks Establish testing standards, best practices, and governance as per STLC Lead test planning, estimation, and risk-based testing approaches Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Guide teams on functional, integration, system, and UAT testing Mentor QA leads and test engineers Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams Required Skills:Digital: Python Test Automation Strong experience in Software Testing and QA Architecture Test Strategy, Test Planning, and Test Governance Automation frameworks (Python, BDD Framework, Selenium, Playwright) API testing (REST, SOAP) using Postman / PyTest CI/CD integration with automated testing Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum Qualifications:8-10 Years of experience required
