Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and assisting with guest needs Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings to assist guests with selections Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly Assist with basic math calculations for cash handling and cashiering duties Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Toast. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food industry standards including upselling techniques, food preparation basics, and guest relations Host/hostess experience or serving background is a plus but not required Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering operations Culinary or kitchen experience can be beneficial for understanding food preparation processes Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable experiences!
