This position may be housed in Lufkin, Nacogdoches, or LivingstonPosition SummaryThis position provides motor therapy and evaluations as recommended by the team to developmentally delayed and/or medically at-risk children ages birth to three (3) years and their families, in a community setting. Duties include providing screening and assessment services, and participation in the development of comprehensive treatment plans. Travel is required. Must adhere to confidentiality and procedural safeguard policies and procedures.EducationRequired:Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.ExperiencePreferred:One (1) year of experience working with birth to three (3) years and/or pre-school children.Licensure and CertificationsRequired:Licensed, in good standing, by the Texas State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.Required:Valid Texas Drivers License.Special Requests or CommentsRequired:CPR, First Aid and Defensive Driving training modules must be completed. Must have a driving record insurable by the Centers insurance administrator.Physical RequirementsRequired:Sight, hearing, talking, lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, driving a vehicle, and hand/finger dexterity.Work ScheduleMonday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Some after-hours may be necessary to meet the needs of families.SalaryNegotiable, depending on qualifications and experience.PI46a4cbfff09b-26289-38543808
