Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Camden, New Jersey

A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill a leave position in an elementary school setting. This contract assignment spans the school year, with an anticipated start date of January 28 and concluding on June 24. The role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in the communication development and educational progress of young learners.Key Responsibilities:Provide individualized speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students under a structured caseload.Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.Develop and implement targeted therapy plans aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and therapy sessions.Qualifications and Experience:Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF or SLP-CCC preferred).Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology.Strong ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility and adaptability for a leave replacement role.Schedule and Location:January 28 to March 31: Full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:05 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.April 13 to June 24: Part-time, two days a week with flexible scheduling.Position located in Camden, NJ within an elementary school.This contract role provides an excellent chance to contribute to student success through therapeutic support during a transitional period.
